Aim - To typographically express a quote by handcrafting.
- Here is a small sample of how it might look. The ‘G’ is made up by a series of small pieces taken from an old telephone. Arranged together they make letter forms. When finished it will reveal the whole quote, along with an image of the telephone and all the pieces that were taken from it.
Why a telephone? - Because to make ‘great’ type I must select something that has already been constructed with small pieces and is already great.
